The Regular Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Potter-Tioga Library System was called to order by Secretary Eugene Seelye at 7 PM.

System Librarian: Jody Cole

The minutes of the January 8, 2011 meeting were accepted as presented.

System Librarian's Report:
-Circulation statistics for the 4th quarter, 2010, were reviewed.
-2011 Financial summaries were reviewed.
-Jody reported on the state meetings she had attended.
-The 2012 state budget cut proposed by Governor Corbett is only 1.9%. Members are encouraged to thank him for holding the line at that.
-Available literacy programs presented to librarians were discussed.

Election of officers was held with the following nominations:

President: Ruth Davis; Vice President: LeAnn Meinstereifel; Secretary: Eugene Seelye; Treasurer: Sue Williams. Lynne Coolidge's motion that the secretary cast a unanimous ballot for their election was seconded by Michelle Sama and carried.

News from member libraries was shared.

The next meeting of the Board will be at 7 PM, July 12, 2011 in the Galeton Public Library, Galeton, PA.
