The Regular Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Potter-Tioga Library System was called to order by Acting President Elery H. Walizer at 10:15 AM.

Carol Tama moved the minutes of the October 12, 2010 meeting be approved as presented, seconded by Lynne Coolidge and carried.

System Librarian's Report:
-Circulation statistics for the 3rd quarter, 2010, were reviewed.
-2010 Financial summaries were reviewed.
-Jody reported that her assistant, Rhonda Duell, had resigned and Barbara Hogan had been hired to replace her. She will be evaluated at the end of six months.
-Potter and Tioga commissioners have given funds to the system that were asked for, with no increases.
-The state gave only half of the 2011 budgeted money to the system initially but the balance has now been received.
-Preliminary recommendations from the Joint State Government Library Commission were presented and briefly discussed.

Because not all libraries were present, Michelle Sama moved that election of officers be postponed until the April meeting. The motion was seconded by Lynne Coolidge and carried.

News from member libraries was shared.

The next meeting of the Board will be at 7 PM, April 12, 2011 at the Westfield Public Library, Westfield, PA.
